MEMBER EVENT CALENDAR

Contact the event host directly with any questions about an event.

Our "Hanover Community Calendar" is populated with events submitted by our members! This calendar highlights non-profit, special and neighbor events all across our area.

Hosting an event? If you, or an area organization, is hosting an event let us know. Event postings should follow these parameters:

1. The event must take place within Hanover County OR be hosted by a Hanover Chamber member

2. The event must be community-focused and intended to provide support, fundraising, care or fun to area residents and chamber members

3. Note this calendar is not intended for recurring seminars or group meetings, sales events or workshops given by individual for-profit companies

When you submit events, please be sure to include the date, time, location/address, web link and an image or logo. Community calendar postings that fit our criteria will be made publicly visible on our website and in newsletters within a week of being sent to us; send events 4-6 weeks in advance for maximum exposure. Send events to info@hanoverchamberva.com.

    Ace Handyman Services RVA and Ace Hardware are proud to host their first-ever Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Hanover Country Club, benefiting Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU.

    Ace Hardware has a long-standing partnership with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and because Children's Hospital of Richmond is our local CMN hospital, every dollar raised will directly benefit children and families right here in our community.

    For your support in any way you can. You can help by:

    ⛳ Registering a team to play
     Becoming an event sponsor
     Donating a raffle item
     Sharing the attached flyer with your friends, family, customers, and colleagues
     Volunteering on the day of the tournament

    We've made registration simple! Just scan the QR code on the attached flyer to view all participation options.

    Ace Corporate is managing all registrations and funds. We will not handle any registration fees or donations. Every dollar raised will be distributed directly by Ace Corporate to Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU.

    We are excited to partner with Ace Hardware to host this special event and hope you'll join us in making a difference for children in our community.

    Lets Go Services is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable, accessible transportation for seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and others in need throughout the Greater Richmond area. Through our donation-based transportation program, we help connect people to medical appointments, essential services, and everyday destinations with compassion and care. We invite the community to join us as we celebrate this exciting milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and learn more about our mission to ensure that no one is left without a ride.

    Wings of Hope is hosting the International Ranch Ministry Conference on September 24th-27th, 2026, at their ranch located outside of Ashland, VA bringing together leaders from ranch ministries, equine therapy programs, Christian camps, and horse outreach programs from around the world.

    Volunteer Interest:

    · Help with clinic set-up on the evening of September 23rd

    · Help with clinic pack-up on the afternoon of September 27th

    · Looking for at least 10-15 people & should take at most 1.5-2 hours

    Your sponsorship would help support:

    · Scholarships for ranch ministries from developing countries

    · Training for equine-based outreach leaders

    · Workshops on horse care, ministry development, and trauma recovery

    · Outreach programs that impact thousands of lives each year

    In return, sponsors receive visibility through:

    · Conference signage and stage recognition

    · Logo placement on event materials and website

    · Social media promotion

    · Opportunities to connect with ministry leaders and ranch operators

DePaul Community Resources provides a wide range of services, supporting individuals and families through intellectual and developmental disability services, foster care, adoption, and counseling programs. We look forward to opening doors to hope and belonging in Hanover County.
