Grand opening for Beyond Limits a Physical Therapy and Wellness Company.  Beyond Limits is led by Kerri Eggleston, who holds her Doctor of Physical Therapy from MCV and Bachelor of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech.  Kerri has 7 years of physical therapy practice experience with specialization in dry needling and 12 years of group exercise, nutrition, and personal training experience.  She will be offering free Bootcamp, Pilates, and Yoga intro classes every Saturday in May from 9am-12pm.  Kelly Sorensen, NASM certified Personal Trainer, will accompany her.
